If  something unexpected happens and you are unable to set off on your holiday, the following cancellation terms become valid:

• If you choose to cancel your room: free of charge - up to 30 days prior to arrival
• Up to one week prior to arrival we charge 50% from the total amount
• If you choose to cancel within the last week prior to your arrival or do not come at all, we charge 90% from the total amount
