Children up to 6 years stay in the parent’s room free! Bed guards, beds for children, high chairs, baby monitors, bottle warmers, tricycles and swings are available for free.

Cash, Maestro-Bank card, VISA and Mastercard are accepted!
Bookings and Cancellations are covered under the general hotel contractual agreement.

If  something unexpected happens and you are unable to set off on your holiday, the following cancellation terms become valid:

• If you choose to cancel your room: free of charge - up to 30 days prior to arrival
• Up to one week prior to arrival we charge 50% from the total amount
• If you choose to cancel within the last week prior to your arrival or do not come at all, we charge 90% from the total amount

You can cover for this financial risk by taking out a cancellation insurance, which will save you money. Click „cancellation insurance“ and take out a travel cancellation insurance via Internet.
